Date: 2018-08-16 10:51 pm (UTC)I've been a union member before, and they can sometimes be a pain in the ass. They make it nearly impossible to fire anyone who is incompetent, or even a sexual predator. But I do believe the pros far outweigh the cons. Without unions, we would not have a middle class, and the decline of unions has gone hand-in-hand with declining incomes.
