I was looking for a reasonable simple text summary for my 19-year-old, and found this:
https://cspa.tufts.edu/2024-ballot-questions

Seems reasonably unbiased (much more so than the official voter booklet) and is definitely easier to understand.

Also, WBUR's guide to this year's election includes both arguments for and against, and who (if anyone) is advertising/advocating for and against each ballot measure. I rarely decide based just on the question of who is supporting a measure, but it can help.

The information about ballot questions is below the discussions of when and where to vote, and who other than Harris and Trump will be on our presidential ballot, but above US Senate, House of Representatives, state legislature, and county commissioner (for the parts of Massachusetts that still have a county government).
