1. If you're fortunate enough that your congresspeople are not on this list of the 8 senators and 139 representatives who voted to overturn the result's on November's free and fair election, call (or email) them to tell them to call for the resignation and/or removal of Hawley, Cruz, and the other six senators on the list (when calling your senators) and McCarthy and the other 138 representatives on the list (if you're calling your representative). This may require a bit of personalization, as some have already called for at least some of these people to resign--checking their Twitter feeds will often give you info on their latest statements if you're not sure. (If you would like help figuring out where your rep stands, comment here or message me and I can help you poke around.)
If you need a reminder on who your representative is, you can check here on Common Cause, which will also give you their contact info.
(5calls also has some scripts up for various topics, if you find that helpful.)
2. Regardless of where in the US you live, you can contact the companies that have given money to the 147 congresspeople who voted to subvert our elections and demand that they vow never to do so again. In the linked article they list 144 companies, of which four made some sort of commitment to at least pause giving to these congress, several more said they would review their donation policies, and the vast majority said nothing at all. Here also is a Twitter thread from the author of the article, with a summary of the article's info. Email, Tweet, send a letter saying that funding politicians working actively to undermine our democracy and overturn free and fair elections is reprehensible; if you're a customer and are able to follow through, tell them you won't buy from them/use their services until they commit to never donating to any of the 147 again.
ETA 1/13: This list has changed a lot in the past few days as more and more companies commit to not donating to the senators and representatives who voted to overturn the election (though there are still plenty of companies who haven't). The article above is staying updated with new developments, and the author's Twitter is a good place to get real-time updates as well. He's also tracking companies who are halting donations to the Republican Attorneys General Association, which spread election lies and robo-called people to urge them to attend the January 6 protest-turned-attack.
