A lot of states are having presidential primaries tomorrow, March 3rd.

If you run into any trouble at the polls, or see people trying to stop someone else from voting, the Voter Rights Action hotline is 866-OUR-VOTE.

Also: go to the poll warden. S/he/m is responsible for reporting all such things and may not be right there; s/he/m may be doing any of the above:
- helping an inactive voter
- helping someone cast a provisional ballot
- telling campaigners to stay outside the 150-foot radius
- checking posted signs for graffiti
- filling out the paperwork for a voter identity challenge

Please note: someone may challenge only the identity! "That's not Mary Smith at 123 Main Street, that's Susie Green from 987 Broadway!"

Speaking as a poll inspector, I will absolutely call over the warden or police officer to protect voters from harassment tomorrow.
