Just over a week to election day, although I can see from our I Voted! post that many of you have already voted by mail or through in-person early voting. Please do continue to tell us about your voting experiences — and if you have state-specific information about how to check your mail-in ballot has been accepted, let us know.

We've had one very useful post since last week's check-in, a way to report voting problems and irregularities: SeeSay2020.

Don't forget to check out the previous couple of check-in posts — including the comments — because they had some good donation, action and GOTV resources.

We also have the Election Resources Round Up we compiled at the start of the year, where I'd particularly highlight 866-OUR-VOTE, which offers on the day support to people having trouble voting.

Please continue to let us know about actions and events, especially phone and textbanking, GOTV and vote protection initiatives, and slates and individuals to donate to.

So what have you all been up to in the last week?

I attended a virtual meeting last week. I have my neighbor across the hall to thank for this one. He forwarded an invitation from the League of Women Voters in our city. They collaborated with our local environmental association to host a meeting via Zoom, so I responded. I attended both because I care about the environment, and for practice using Zoom with Apple's built-in screen reader on the Mac. It ended up being a win-win for me. I thought the meeting went well, and I had no problems accessing it. The next day I received a summary with links, so I'm going to check that out when I have a spare moment or two.
