Hey, I am putting together a "Why you should join your local Democratic party" post. Would that be appropriate to post to the comm? In terms of time investment it's less low-key than what you describe in the comm profile, so I wanted to check.

That sounds fine to me! The focus is on low-key actions mostly to provide resources for people who want to do something but haven't got a lot of time, money, energy or other resources -- but we're definitely happy to see a sprinkling of ideas that will work for people who are able to do a little more.
