Because, you know, keeping our promises doesn't matter. Neither does keeping our active-duty military focused on their jobs and not worrying about their family....

Date: 2017-02-28 12:31 pm (UTC)Rep. Goodlatte has tabled a substitution amendment that on first glance still seems to call on Sessions to give up the documents, but I haven't compared the two versions in detail - do you have any information on what the difference is?

Date: 2017-03-08 04:23 am (UTC)I've been having a lot of luck with mine, lately, after years of us more or less agreeing to disagree. So I'd be happy to share what's working for me, get advice from others on what they've tried, and maybe encourage other people to give it a shot.
In the long run, I think that bridging the communication divide in a human way is going to be important for building more support for progressive policies in red states. But I know that there's a LOT going on right now, and I don't want to overwhelm anyone by just posting random advice.
