(1) Is there a list of resources for those harassed/detained at the airports? Something like -- phone numbers they can call to get lawyers and advocates right away (perhaps a hotline of some sort, one with people who speak different languages), twitter handles or emails to spread the word?

(2) Are there instructions for the best way to act with airport authorities who try to detain you, or ask for your online handle, etcetc?

If you know/hear of folks being detained at a US airport under the recent Executive Order, call the ACLU hotline at 415-621-2488. People are on standby to file habeas petitions to get folks out as soon as possible.

If anyone knows a Syrian, Iranian, etc. green card holder who is stuck outside the US with tickets to return to IAD, please let Simon Sandoval-Moshenberg know ASAP. He is the Director of the Immigrant Advocacy Program at the Legal Aid Center in Washington, DC. simon@justice4all.org 703-778-3450.
