Looking for sources of talking points and/or people to cite?
Here's a letter from FEC Commissioner Ellen Weintraub explaining clearly and bluntly why it's necessary and why there's no basis for delaying it when there was no such delay in 2008 or 2016:

Former Secretaries of the DHS -- both Republican and Democrat -- explain why the process needs to start now:

150 former security officials (R and D) warn that the delay poses a “serious risk to national security":

Mike Rodgers (R, former chair of the House Intelligence Committee) demands that Biden start receiving the President's Daily Brief immediately:

You can also see if your Republican reps have acknowledged Biden as President-Elect (round-up of those who have) -- ask them to do so if they haven't, but also praise them if they have.
It's a painfully low bar and it might seem galling to have to praise them for stepping over it when it's on the floor, but positive reinforcement is REALLY POWERFUL, especially when they'll be getting a tonne of blow-back from Trumpists.
