First of all, my heart goes out to the Jewish community in Pittsburgh and around the world in the wake of yesterday's shooting. I wish I had better words.

Second, here are links to donate directly to the Tree of Life synagogue and to HIAS, the Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society that the terrorist gunman was against.

It's been a rough week. The election is coming up and early voting has started in many states. This is the time to do your ballot research for the down-ballot races.
