thisfinecrewI don't have an easily accessible link, but an incredibly unimportant New York state court, the Appellate Division First Department, ruled in Zervos v. Trump, No. 150522/17, that an "Apprentice" contestant's sexual harassment suit against Trump can proceed while he's still the president. I mean, it's probably going to be overruled instantly, but there's going to be a ton of nuisance value in everybody and her pet cat suing Trump.
