My answer to the one-question poll (if I think Trump's performance is "great/good/okay/other" is Other and I put "Disgraceful. I think he should be impeached as soon as possible and brought to trial for the crimes he has committed" which I think is nice and pithy.

They have approval at 52%, which is pretty low considering their sample...let's push it down!

that link goes to a donation page, with no poll question. I couldn't find it elsewhere on the site (though I admit I couldn't stand to spend much time there)

I think if you back-button on the donation page it'll get you to the poll question--I didn't want to c&p the full link because it has my information, which I don't want to tell the whole Internet.

in my browser, the back button just brings me back here and there doesn't seem to be any internal navigation, even to get to the parent site.

Can you share the page/source where you found the link to the poll?

"access forbidden" - same error for just gop.com. I checked the internet wayback machine (archive.org) and gop.com was working yesterday; maybe we all crashed the site trying to vote in the poll...

I know you'll want to fumigate (or perhaps exorcise) your computer afterwards, but once you reply to one of these they'll keep sending stuff to "one of their most faithful supporters."
