ETA: bless them, they've changed "NUTS" to "WILD". As a mentally ill person, I personally don't object to a lot of the colloquial uses of "crazy" etc., but I appreciate that they're trying to be thoughtful and presumably listening to feedback.

Yet there is still that nasty little mental voice telling me that I am being loud and shouty and braggy and condescending and annoying by talking/writing at length/sharing information about things.
I hope you can succeed in stomping that little voice!
