Yeah, short and specific is my instinct, too - like two or maybe three
things max at a time. But I feel like probably putting more things in a
letter would be okay. I also have a chance to lay out my reasoning more
carefully.

on Twitter, it's gotten so bad that millennials are making phone calls.
Sounds about right! We're an entire phone-avoidant generation suddenly
having to pick up the knack in a hurry.
