As for prioritizing things to talk about with reps - I know what you mean. As a list-maker, my instinct is to write them all down so I can see them and then make one item the subject of each call or letter. I don't know if it would be more effective, but I feel like being short and specific will make it less likely to be dismissed as a lump.
Here's lots of encouragement for keeping up the phone calls and letters. I know it's hard, but for a Republican representative all the more important.
