Here's a nice infographic explaining why, if the Senate passes a PPACA repeal bill, the vote on reconcilation of the Senate and the House bills will occur in *2018*. And the bill would probably have a deferred effective date, so people would probably be able to sign up for PPACA coverage lasting through 2018. If we can turn the House in 2018, then in early 2019 there's a shot at repealing the repeal, so to speak.
