I called out the impact on personal health data that should be private, because what do we do if we have or might have a significant illness? Yep, we *look it up*. My rep is probably going to vote against as my senators did, but I still thought that was an argument that might get through to even the most conservative if they wanted to leverage this - that being able to sell browsing history is also selling at least some of people's medical information, although a little more indirectly, but not much.
