Thank you! I don't know if every Representative does this, but my Representative has an e-mail link on his website, so a) you don't have to battle through busy signals, and b) it just takes a minute to say whatever you need to say, in a form that is convenient for his staff to aggregate. It also has the best captcha I've ever seen--you just have to check a box for "I am not a robot."
