I live in MD outside DC and I knew I did not have the ability to stand through the rally and then march and take metro in and out, so I went to the smaller march in Annapolis, MD--1600 people and it was great.
Unless you can stand for a few hours without moving and going to the bathroom, I highly recommend the small march experience, because I'm sure there are many people who harmed themselves trying to do the DC march, as I suffered harm from past DC protests I participated in, and won't be attending other events. When in doubt, go small.
