Apologies for the late reply, but I've had a somewhat busy week. I got a new neighbor, and tbh I'm wondering how long he'll last here. He's a nice guy and everything, but for whatever reason certain apartments in my building seem to have high turnover. I actually know why, but that's probably a whole topic inandof itself.
