I took my vote-by-mail ballot (for the primary election) to a county "collection box", because in order to have my husband mail my ballot for me I have to fill out forms appointing him my "helper" and he has to fill out a bunch of nonsense and sign it. The collection box just accepts the envelope with the ballot. I feel that all elections should be conducted by mail (and not just because that always increases the number of Progressive votes). And we ought to have something like Australia's law that compels every eligible voter to cast a ballot, even if it's blank and has had the name of a well-known supervillain inserted.
I'm also wearing a button that resembles my user icon every time I go out (although I'm not pinning it to my face mask).
