I've been thoroughly enjoying the newsletters from Primaries for Progress and Give Smart. You may remember the latter as the people who masterminded late-breaking lightning rounds of donations for down-ticket candidates with the best possible chance of using the money effectively late in the 2018 election; it's a project of FutureNow. The former is associated with Data for Progress and is dedicated to the idea of getting better candidates in Democratic seats and blue regions.
Primaries for Progress has both a paid and non-paid version; I get the free version and it's chock full of useful information including people to support (and not to support), people who really need a primary challenger, and more, nationwide. The GiveSmart newsletter is totally free.
