If you watched AngeltheSeries, you may recollect that one of the Wolfram & Hart lawyers didn't so much object to being killed at the end of S5 as being killed by Lorne instead of by Angel personally. There may be some feeling that the Appellate Division doesn't get to bring down Trump.
