Never Give Up, Never Surrender

I've kind of rocking the idea that self-care is a political act and working on taking care of myself.

I think this is an awesome idea, and doing so especially in the face of current negative pressures is most certainly an act of defiance.

Also, many kudos for carrying on with your social justice talks at staff meetings. :)
