Since Trump's got round to banning trans people from the military via executive order as well as Tweet, I thought I'd pass on a rec I saw for a good small trans organization who can use any donations you may wish to throw at them (as well as the big names like Lambda Legal, who are likely to be spearheading any major legal cases on this issue):

San Francisco Business Times: The Transgender Law Center is training the trans leaders of tomorrow

They have an action center that lets you do things like learn about any trans-specific legislation happening in your state and what local campaigning groups you can contact to get involved.

Tangentially, they're also working with the amazing Southerners on New Ground, a "a regional Queer Liberation organization made up of people of color, immigrants, undocumented people, people with disabilities, working class and rural and small town, LGBTQ people in the South".

(You know you want a Bayard Rustin votive candle. Because who wouldn't?)
