Hurrah! As Mark Twain said, "No man's life or property is safe while the Legislature is in session."

I mean, now we have to worry about recess appointments, but there are two recent Supreme Court decisions that I can't understand even though I do this stuff professionally, and as far as I can tell Supreme Court Hate Recess Appointment worse than Stiles Hate Condom.
