Are you in Florida? Oppose Senate Bill 254.

Florida Senate Bill 254 would make it a crime to provide sex confirmation treatment of any sort to people under the age of 18, and provide a legal framework to take trans kids away from their parents, and to take all kids away from trans parents.

85 or is at risk of or is being subjected to the provision of sex
86 reassignment prescriptions or procedures as defined in s.

It appears that Equality Florida is covering the bill, and has taken action for trans rights in the past.

which could theoretically be used by a trans kid to protect them and their siblings from genuinely abusive parents, but never will be
