I wrote my own comment; on the off chance someone is reading the comments people submit, they may take more notice of n thousand different comments than n thousand copies of the same thing.

I mentioned both my disabled brother-in-law, and that the ACA let people start their own businesses because they weren't tied to employer health insurance, so if they value free enterprise they should keep it.

Thanks for commenting! I have to read a lot of federal regs for work, and it is very common for them to change the proposed regulation based on comments. Mind you, they usually change the proposal to be MORE favorable to big business, but they definitely read comments.

And, I'm afraid they don't value free enterprise, they value constantly tilting the playing field for monopolies.

I don't think they value free enterprise, but they do seem to value the smokescreen of being in favor of it, and it seemed more useful than accusing them of premeditated homicide.
