A Starting Point

Hi everybody. Someone emailed me a link to the following website last week, and wanted me to test it with Apple's screen reader on the Mac. I think he's planning to do something with it, perhaps spread the word somehow. It seems to be rather new, and I am posting the link here as well as over at my journal. Oh. this seems like a pretty neat idea! I hope the site is a success.

I've added the existing tags for "city govt", "local politics", "representatives" and "senators", along with "resources" and a new tag of "governors".

...okay, that website is particularly on point for a community that combines fandom and politics, because it was founded by none other than Chris Evans. Yes. That's Captain America's politics website. (Chris Evans and Mark Hamill have been, in my opinion more heroic than their fictional characters in the face of the current political moment. It is so fucking adorable and soul-soothing and heartening and all other good things to be in the resistance against the forces of totalitarianism and fear with Luke Skywalker and Captain America.)
