I love Penzey's spices. If they have long pepper or cubeb in stock, get some.

Penzey's is so awesome! Their mixes are balanced and delicious, their spices are fresh and potent, and their politics are a balm upon my heart.

In related news, late-state capitalism is damn strange. But at least the food is good.
