Zervos v. Trump

I don't have an easily accessible link, but an incredibly unimportant New York state court, the Appellate Division First Department, ruled in Zervos v. Trump, No. 150522/17, that an "Apprentice" contestant's sexual harassment suit against Trump can proceed while he's still the president. I mean, it's probably going to be overruled instantly, but there's going to be a ton of nuisance value in everybody and her pet cat suing Trump.

Oh, I don't know if it'll get that far. If you watched AngeltheSeries, you may recollect that one of the Wolfram & Hart lawyers didn't so much object to being killed at the end of S5 as being killed by Lorne instead of by Angel personally. There may be some feeling that the Appellate Division doesn't get to bring down Trump.
