I like it because it's a much lower barrier to entry and lately I haven't been able to get through by phone at all.

I'm glad the server load issue has been resolved. After you posted your initial comment, I had a weird response from the bot, which I think must have been related.

(Also, sorry for not responding sooner. I see comments at work but don't respond because I don't want to do it on work's network, and then evenings this week were super busy.)
