I'd heard that and was curious about it. I'm willing to suppose Booker at least had some good reason for voting against, as he has a track record of concern for his constituents' well-being. Does he worry that lowering drug prices will be used as a substitute for keeping the ACA (or for replacing it with something that works as well or better)?
