It looks as though the citizenship act, and the one to admit more refugees, have a lot of co-sponsors. The PROKID Act has few, which means either that it's getting little traction and can use activism, or it's not as good as it sounds. If I get around to doing research on this, I'll report back. (There are five co-sponsors listed, of whom two are non-voting delegates from Washington DC.)
