Something I guess I'd like people here to consider is also whether they know any Louisiana voters, or people who live in neighbouring states who'd be willing to help physically escort voters (blacks, Hispanics, Muslims, especially) to the polls and out. Or for people who don't get time off to vote, or have familial responsibilities, Is there any organisation that would offer things like, oh, childcare, or lifts to polling stations, etc?

Half the battle is getting to the polling station, then getting in the door, isn't it? And the intent seems to be to make it as difficult as possible. Are there organisations that are dedicated to combatting that at a grassroots, local level? Does anyone know?
