Considering that we're dealing with an administration full not only of bastards but of cheap bastards, and that it costs a lot more to keep someone in a tent city or an ICE cage than in most hotels not owned by Voldemort, and that many of the cheap bastards and their cronies and campaign donors rely on wage theft from their undocumented workers, I suspect they'll find it expedient to look the other way and just return to status quo ante.
